To avoid those diseases, everyone goes to the doctor or the physician. But all of the doctors and physicians cure those diseases, but no one corrects health because it is not possible for any doctor or physician to make you healthy without interest because somewhere your interest and passion will help to keep you fit and fine.
There is only one way to maintain your health, and that is exercise. People who believe in exercise and yoga and take it as a routine never get sick easily because the disease only attacks the weak body, and those who are exercising regularly remain healthy and their immunity gets stronger.
That is why exercise is the only solution to avoid any kind of disease. We all know that 'prevention is better than cure', so it's better to spend time exercising rather than spending money in the clinics of doctors or physicians.
