Today I would like to know your viewpoint, regarding the traits of personality. How many of you are aware of the fact that there are different types of people moving around you? what kind of strategies should you have to prepare to deal with them? 
They might be good/ bad, brave/ coward, civilised/ uncivilised, cultured/ uncluttered, humble/ arrogant, enthusiastic/ Unenthusiastic,  introvert/ extrovert, wise/ foolish, angry/cool, and so on. If you want to lead a better life, then one thing, self-assessment, can help you to stay away from any type of malice, against anyone. 
That’s why the first thing you are supposed to do, is to check out or analyse your temperament on the regular basis. what kind of traits your personality has got, it has been noticed that we human beings are a combination of these adjectives, that is used to describe our whole persona. it usually defines the different moods of an individual, 
In my opinion, if you are expecting others only, to be wise, cultured, calm and enthusiastic then it is become your responsibility of yours, to assess the characteristics of your personality, as well. 
We know the fact, If anyone is creative by nature, then his imaginative power is far superior in comparison to one who is rational and always looking for logic, in each and everything. How the balance should be maintained between two different traits of personality. it is very important for better prospects. 
Any kind of imbalance in anything anywhere ought to be handled properly. if it is not done or even thought of properly then whether it is friendship, relationship or any type of ship, can not sail smoothly on the sea of life. 
We believe that the whole procedure of life usually hangs between conditional and unconditional approaches then it becomes a great responsibility what sort of initial steps should be followed to stabilize companionship as well as our Kindred or alliances. Whenever the conditions are assigned for the continuation of any kind of bond. 
It is known as a conditional agreement which is usually based on giving and take relation. In today’s setting, it has been felt that the love of a mother for her children is always an unconditional one because a mother never expects anything from her children in return.
 A pure and unconditional love like a mother, can not be expected in any relationships of the world. All of you have been noticed sometimes fathers put conditions to provide things, to the children for example if you get 80% in board exam I will get an iPhone for you if you crack NEET  can give you a bike, these things could be supposed as an encouragement, in the forms of conditions. 
While a mother never likes to put any kind of conditions even she gets aware that her children telling lies or making her fool she keeps trying harder and harder to make them realize their mistake regarding ethics but without putting any conditions.  
I would like to tell you if a person does not encounter difficulties, obstacles, negligences in life then he can never enjoy his success in the way it should be celebrated.  
If a person gets demotivated, and disappointed, No problem, they can be because it happens that any one of us can feel intense and upset it is very natural, nobody can feel enthusiastic and motivated all the time. 
If you stay energetic, full of motivation and courage 24×7 but once a week you begin to feel dejected and meagre it is not a big deal at all and, please make me understand, why it should be felt like this? You are just a human being, so stop putting up yourself as a superhuman. 
As a human, you have to taste all the different flavours of experiences that you get in the journey of your life, so it might be bitter and sweet because it is a part and parcel of facts. 
I would like to suggest to you, don't ever try to forget, that your success gets you introduced to the people around you but your failures provide you with a clear perception of those people who are deceitful and accompanying you in disguise of sweetness.
