How do you think people should be treated in the way they treat you? You must be thinking of why I am asking this. Let me explain, it is all about conation, it means intention or the way one acts   I wish to discuss life as a journey that begins when we take birth and continues, till we say adieu to this mortal world. Throughout our life, we are taught so many things related to our behaviour, moral values, and ethics. 

The important aspect of this whole process is how many of these things are followed by the individual in the future. The process of teaching should be pure, and must not create any kind of conflict or confusion in the future. If the child is taught the significance of gratitude and good behaviour but in case of any struggle or quarrel, he is suggested inappropriate methods to fix the issues. Believe me, the teachings will remain ineffective.

I would like to give you an example there was a lady who used to be our neighbour she was a teacher and had an obedient child. We had heard several times, that the lady kept telling him, ' to stay positive,  keep checking behaviour, respect others, and don't hurt anyone. 'This kind of teaching filled our hearts with gratitude even felt proud having this kind of gracious lady around us.

It seemed that the lady was providing a good upbringing to her son. My mother used to praise her a lot and asked us to follow the same instructions. One day when I got back from school l saw that lady was shouting very badly at her neighbour because in the morning when she was strolling, their pet Minus  (a dog) came running from the other side and made her stumbled on, but fortunately, she didn't get hurt at all but it was really surprising to see the way she reacted on the situation. It was told that she not only beat the dog but also broke his feeding pot.

We all were standing there including her son. This episode compelled me to think about what affected her son the most, the preaching he got every day regarding goodness and social etiquette, or the example that had been set by his mother. This situation indicates somewhere the double standards and the big difference between saying and doing as well.

Whatever the lady used to preach on daily basis to her son was different from the way she reacted to such a trivial issue. She lost her calm, couldn’t stay positive, and the way the dog was treated she didn't show any kindness to animals who couldn't do anything, then what about the human beings who have got more power? 

This incident made me realize, that the lady is just a teacher only by profession. she had to learn a lot .first of all, she should work hard on herself to understand not only the exact meaning of teaching but also how to fulfil the responsibilities, that a teacher abides by.

It is connected to the concept of the use of will or freedom to make a selection regarding what to do. If a person is to successfully engage in self-direction and self-regulation becomes critical. conation is essential to understand how knowledge and emotion are translated into human behaviour.  

At the beginning of modern psychology, emotion and coexistence were considered the main topics however interest in those topics more than behaviour, and cognition gets more attention. 

Conation refers, to the intentional and motivation of behaviour. Miller Concurs, suggesting that conation is important to deal with the issues related to human learning. It all depends on the way it has been learnt and is being taught to you. 

The process of human behaviour and learning can not understand fully without proper knowledge. The present research on conation or intention is related to each of these three factors of motivation --direction,  energizing, and persistence.  

Now I would like to draw your attention to that incident that has been discussed above,   I can understand as a mother, you have got a big responsibility but it gets bigger if you are a teacher too. 

As a teacher, you have to deliver the best. It is not the question of your child it is related to other children whose responsibility of shaping their future has been assigned to you. A teacher has to lead his/her students on the right path. It is established on his /her personality traits and behaviour, that what kind of influences and impressions are left on the mind of students. 

All these favourable aspects not only help in the proper growth of students but also assist them in making the right choices in their future.  It has been witnessed that teachers generally becomes le model for their students. Whatever is said or done by the teachers usually is taken as the style statement by their students. 

The action, behaviour patterns and other characteristics of teachers' personalities add great meaning to the life of students because they are imitated and brought into practice. So the obligations of a teacher should never be disregarded
