I think a lot of what we learn about others isn’t what they tell us. It’s what we observe. People can tell us anything they want. Iain Reid,

The observation, regarding anyone”s   work,  personality and choices generally does make an impact during the learning process. and to what extent it does, is the topic of discussion.

As it has been noticed that observation of any person undoubtedly plays a significant role in the whole process of perceiving, that people are developing a better understanding of the person by providing that experience and also improving their level of acceptability and adaptability, in society.

Through adequate observation, a person can easily perceive the weaknesses and strengths of others. The observation should not be taken as a  judgement it is a way of assessing knowledge it is a developmental process rather than intimidation and punishment. Like all the other things in the world, observation has also its negative and positive points.

An individual should know about the progress of his friends and whether things are sorting out well or not. How helpful, the method, style, skills,  and strategies are in maintaining the level of interest and motivation, in the ongoing process of understanding,  for example, the teacher is the person who plays a significant role as a guide or a friend and at the same time in the classroom, the journey commences, along with the students.

How effectively the task of observation will be carried out depends merely on his mastery over his subject matter. If the teacher is not sound enough in his subject or has no influence as well, then how the weaknesses and strengths of the students can be discerned, and the way they shall be specified?

As we know very well that whenever things are measured,  evaluated or analyzed whether in physical mental or behavioural sciences the possibilities of errors get enhanced because generally, it is impossible to observe the complete behaviour of an individual only certain proportions may be observed at a time.

The important thing is, how good a person is not only as an observer but also as a communicator,  if both the perceptions  (observation /interaction) work together it will provide the results and observation helps you to be aware of where exactly the problem lies, while interaction opens different paths of understanding and solutions.

If you are moving with certain goals then it should be kept in mind the process of communication must be very effective. The effectiveness of interactions depends on how capable and observant the individual is! The conversation should be started effectively for better outcomes.

An observer should recognize the fact that the interaction should not only be meaningful but also give due importance to the interest of the other person to add value to the process of communication. Whatever has been identified in the observation its reliability can be fixed through conversation, so it is, therefore, necessary to define fairly, precisely,  and unambiguously.

if the complex or typical situations and behaviour, are tried to sort out, then cultural and traditional rules and norms should never be ignored,  if the set norms of an individual or the society get violated then the validity of this will remain at stake.

It is necessary to pay attention to the aspects of cultures and traditions to manage the process of communication according to the rules which are typical in their form and might be different from the society.

So Interaction management is different from person to person due to simple logic,  there we all are different in skills, ability, understanding and interpretation of things therefore the reaction of a person may be quite different from the others in the same situation because everyone goes, with his/her thought process, then it is obvious to get many results, people are different so they respond differently.

If a person believes to take the situation lightly and appropriately then positive results can be expected,  in different situations, if a person doesn't ready at any cost, to accept, the approach of let-go,  then the results can be pessimistic. It indicates clearly, how careful we are supposed to be during the

conversation. If a person keeps focussing on his needs and benefits and doesn’t give importance to the requirements and problems of others then the purpose can not be served through conversation, for which the whole process has been started.

The observation and communication should follow the same kind of solutions that have been set earlier for the problems. If any kind of change that is unfavourable has been observed, in the behaviour whether they are students, or employees the proper conversation is the way that will help to get results accordingly.

"Life is a choice. All day, every day. Who we talk to, where we sit, what we say, how we say it. And our lives become defined by our choices. It's as simple and as complex as that. And as powerful. so when I'm observing that's what I'm watching for. The choices people make."
