An unhealthy person is always looking for the best doctors and properly filing the prescriptions. There may be various reasons for having this attitude, but intentionally or unknowingly, a person paves the way to diseases. Your unhealthy way of carrying yourself may create chaos in life. To have better prospects in life, we ought to develop a healthy attitude. For example: 

1) always have food on time, 

2) should understand the importance of nutritious food, 

3) try to perceive the value of hygienic conditions, 

4) make green vegetables, fresh fruits, and eggs part of the meals,

5) don't be lazy, keep doing physical activities as well as mental ones, 

6) should avoid the lack of minerals, carbohydrates, vitamins, and proteins in the body, 7) the most important part of keeping yourself healthy is that routine health checkups should not be neglected at any cost, 

8) develop a good habit of waking up early, going for a walk, and performing yoga. 

9) always try to keep focusing on yoga and aerobics as part of life. 

Now it's time to get a clear idea of how yoga helps to boost our fitness level. It is said that practicing yoga can help in healing minor ailments too. As we know certain misconceptions exist and that will be also discussed below. First, we have to understand how true it is that 'Yoga' is both the science and art of a healthy life. 

As far as people are concerned, they have different opinions about yoga. Some prefer exercises performed on various equipment and machines, while others prefer yoga, where they perform different yoga asanas to control their mind and body. 

Yoga is an important way to unify the soul with a supreme spirit. It also inspires individuals to avoid evil practices and guides them to follow the ethical path.

According to our Indian culture and ideology, every person on this earth is controlled by God almighty, and a person or a soul is a part of the almighty. Yoga plays a great role in attaining salvation because a human soul can amalgamate with God through these activities. 

When the senses calm down, the body gets relaxed, and the mind achieves stillness; this stage is considered supreme by different scholars. Yoga is the science of life because it brings fine health, peace of mind, ecstasy, and salvation. 

Yoga is also an art as it brings discipline to the body, mind, emotions, and willpower, and strengthens the soul. Yoga transforms the lifeless body into an upbeat mind and powerful conscience. Yoga is also known as a discipline to lead a happy and effective life. 

There are internal and external forms of yoga. External yoga includes self-control discipline, physical exercises, and breathing exercises. The internal form of yoga is connected with the withdrawal of senses communication and meditation.

 Now I would like to brief you regarding certain misconceptions about Yoga-:  

Some people think yoga is related to only physical activities and the performance of yoga is merely a display and does not benefit anybody. It is not correct at all. 

People have a misunderstanding that they need special kinds of clothes for practicing yoga. It can be practiced by anyone. It is good to see how students and women are making yoga a part of life. It can be performed by any age group without any prejudice and there are no barriers.

Most people think yoga is a difficult task that can only be performed under the guidance of an expert yoga trainer. I would like to tell you that it can be performed by learning from anyone who uses it as a routine. 

At present, some people are of the view that yoga is not as important as it used to be due to the advancement of science and technology. I understand comprehensive changes are visible in the exercises and workout system. Yoga is suitable for every human to keep himself fit, healthy, and strong.
