Whenever we analyze our fears, it is not only about barriers, advantages, or disadvantages that we go through during the process, but It is much more than this. It all widely depends on the way people tackle or understand differently and what should be done to come out of their various types of fears.

People generally observe that if we fail to deal with our fears, they will begin to be visible in the form of different obstacles that might cease the path of growth and expansion and can also pierce our sense of pride and responsibility. Sometimes our aspirations and power to achieve stumble with the delay of friction of seconds.

It has been seen often the crucial decisive moment in life vanishes due to the unusual fear of failure that lies within. So it should be handled with care; otherwise, many more obstacles may get constructed reluctantly.

Any kind of doubt paves the way for fear, and as we know, this can act as a big barrier by making us more sensitive and conscious of our surroundings. Sometimes this fear discourages us from assessing risks and trying to avoid potentially harmful situations.

For example, if we feel fear while walking in a dark passage, as soon as it is realized, we readily decide to change or find a safer route or take more protective measures that can be used in tough situations to feel safe and sound.

In this whole approach, we often ignore the fact that petty opportunities are lying behind our fears. These fears act as a barrier, preventing us from putting ourselves in potentially beneficial conditions. When a person begins to work on their fears, it could help them gain what they desire.

Nevertheless, we are supposed to understand what logic has been developed behind fear and how or when it helps us to keep from harm by triggering our fight-or-flight response. This response prepares our bodies to either confront the danger or flee from it.

Sometimes fear increases our physical strength remarkably. It sharpens our senses, and improves our reaction times, allowing us to better defend ourselves.

Without fear, we might not possess the necessary circumspection and vigilance that keep us safe from any kind of small or big damage.

It is observed, that a person must know how to differentiate between healthy and unhealthy fears. While healthy fear can protect us from danger, extreme or illogical fear can be straining and prevent us from relishing our lives fully.

It is important to manage and overcome irrational fears through various techniques or methods such as different therapies, exposure therapy, or cognitive-behavioural techniques, ensuring that our fear does not become an impediment to personal growth and well-being.

Fear is a natural and spontaneous emotion that alarms us about potential danger and many other perils that transpire without clue  When a person feels fear, his body gets raised into a state of awareness, permitting him to respond quickly and take necessary actions to protect himself.  Fear can indeed work as a barrier but sometimes it helps to keep us from harm and hurt.
