How easily does it happen to influence others, or to get influenced by others? It is believed that we all have this wonderful quality of influencing others in the way we perceive and understand things.

This idea of making an influence on others continues in every sphere of life. It has been noticed that sometimes when highly influential people go beyond their limits, perceptions, perspectives, behaviour, feelings and even the whole thought process of other people, might get seized. 

Because a powerful influencer can turn the thought process of other people both ways, bad into good or good into bad. So we all are supposed to be cautious enough especially while trying to influence others. 

We all have the responsibility to develop a better understanding of people. Setting an example is the only thing that can make a big difference as far as influence is concerned. If you try to underestimate your ability to influence others, then it will become difficult to produce fair and positive influences. 

The kind of influence created through examples, on people's minds, will certainly reflect not only in their behaviour but also in the way they begin to react to the things around them.

An influencer always focuses on how to make other people feel good, not only about their ideas but also to make them realize that their views are equally important. An influencer doesn’t need to be verbal all the time. 

Sometimes, they may not feel the necessity to speak, but even their silence produces a kind of spell that can be felt by anyone, anywhere, and it opens up various ways to establish their influencing objectives. As an influencer, one has the biggest obligation to be careful and not allow oneself to easily become the victim of mood swings. 

One should understand that, knowingly or unknowingly, one has the responsibility of laying the foundation of compassion and cooperation that helps to develop new and various levels of knowledge in those who choose or look up to them for a specific difference. 

This situation can be made possible through one's influencing ability and agility, which can later be thoroughly inspiring for all of them. As we all know, how much an individual is influenced varies from person to person because whatever is said, heard or done introduces us to our souls. 

The clarity of insight gives an idea of whether one is creating influence or merely trying to impress, and the clarity of vision determines the quality of one's goodness. 

Sometimes it has been noticed that the most influential people, those who create wonderful effects on our lives, often remain ignorant of their strong ability to influence others.

Influencing doesn't mean focusing all the time that how to create an unusual or wonderful impact on others. It is more than this that a person has to work on himself more positively, fairly and enthusiastically. 

The more he introspects the more motivational power gets developed.  When one begins to feel he can influence and empower people to make their things work differently and ensure better outcomes. 

That person can never make any influence who thinks he knows everything and doesn't need consent or even any type of suggestions. After some time, this thought process not only begins to suppress the people around him but makes him realize his degradation in others' eyes also.

When you notice that people are easily influenced, it becomes your duty to be selective about your expressions, especially choosing the right words when conversing with people. This is because it is a game of words, and most things revolve around the words we use.

 These words have the power to either break you or make you. Humble and encouraging words can help you find the path to success, while harsh and despairing words can block all those paths leading to success. 

The art of influence entirely depends on how well a person knows the triggering points of other personalities and how to utilize them for the benefit of the people.
