Yesterday, one of the students raised a very different issue regarding justice. He wanted to know if justice is merely a perception or an action to be performed. Before I started to discuss, the students asked to go for a debate, and I immediately accepted their proposal for debating because I knew this would bring about something with more different ideas and divided them into two groups: five in favour and five against. 




It can be said that they all tried to do justice to the complexity of this statement. The points they raised are quite relevant and informative aspects to create new ideas. One of the students was of the view that the nature and essence of justice raised another question: Is justice an objective and universal concept rooted in inherent principles, or is it a subjective construct influenced by societal norms and personal beliefs? 

Through this debate, they tried to explore different perspectives and evaluate their implications, and address every  point effectively. They further said, 'If justice is solely a perception, it would be easy for individuals and institutions to manipulate and distort the concept for their interests, and somewhere this aspect may undermine its fundamental purpose.' Objective justice provides a common ground on which individuals can find consensus and work towards a more equitable society.

However, it is believed that the perception of justice Justice is one of the most important ideals in our society. It's what we strive for in order to create a fair and equitable world.  Justice varies widely depending on cultural, societal, and individual perspectives. What one person takes as just, another may perceive as unjust. Furthermore, the actions taken in the name of justice may also become a part of its concept that encompasses fairness, equality, and the upholding of moral principles. Justice is one of the most important ideals in our society. 

It is observed that justice is one aspect of our lives for which we have to strive in order to create a fair and equitable world. It has been noticed that the perception of justice is deeply influenced by personal experiences, beliefs, and values. If something is considered fair and equitable by some individuals, at the same time the same thing or issue may seem biased or discriminatory to others.

Different cultures and societies have their own standards of justice, often shaped by historical, political, and social factors. As a result, justice can be said to not be a fixed or universal truth, but rather a fluid and evolving concept. It has been noticed that a small issue of injustice may make individuals suffer directly, and on the other hand, it may become the cause of suffering for many others indirectly. 

This kind of thing mostly happens when people try to categorize themselves as neutral. This type of neutrality can never be appreciated by either the victims or the offenders. Any kind of injustice should not be ignored at any cost; it doesn't make a difference whether the oppressed is your friend or foe, justice must be done.

If anybody wishes to set an example in fighting against any form of injustice, then they have to keep striving to develop the habit of raising their voice against injustice. It seems much better to raise a finger against it by accepting challenges rather than keeping your fingers crossed and being a neutralist in the name of optimism. 



It is a fact that justice can never prevail until the unaffected also begin to feel the same affected one is feeling because when the sorrows and pangs of one's life start to communicate, there is nothing in this world that could hinder the path of mutual understanding. 

The language of sorrows can only become difficult to perceive for those who become stoic; otherwise, everyone has the opportunity to prove their points against the oppressors in the face of injustice. When we start protecting others from injustice, it clearly indicates that the path of our own protection has automatically arisen. When anyone becomes courageous enough to say no to wrongdoings, It means you know it well how the right things should be done in the right manner.

There is no doubt actions taken in the quest for justice can be equally controversial. Legal networks, law enforcement, and judicial processes are charged with administering justice, yet their decisions and methods are not resistant to criticism.  

The execution of justice can be at stake when it gets influenced by systemic biases, power dynamics, and human error, leading to outcomes that are perceived as unjust by some. The diversity of human experiences and values ensures that justice will always be a multifaceted and evolving concept, subject to interpretation and debate.

Don't ever try to be the master of anyone in serving justice because the foundation of justice can never be established in a lack of equality. The very sense of equality enhances the power of commitment towards justice.  This perspective on justice holds that while interpretations and perceptions may vary, there is an underlying truth or ideal that society should strive to achieve. 

Moreover, justice is necessary for a just society to hold individuals accountable for their actions and ensure fairness for all members. It is observed that justice is not merely contingent on personal beliefs or societal norms but represents a higher standard that transcends individual perspectives.  

If you become powerless to work on peace, not only will justice suffer but it will also fail you in preventing injustice. Peace means moving forward without stress or injustice. Those who are mentally strong know that justice is very different from revenge and never get confused between the two. It is all about your wish to be strong and always remain just in life.
